On 5 May 2023 Diemmebi became a Società Benefit, pairing its economic activity with common-benefit goals set out in its articles of association.

A natural transformation, born of commitment, vision and constant attention to sociocultural and environmental change: growing while generating value for people, the environment and the local area.

Four purposes guide our journey: bringing sustainability into governance, caring for the environment, supporting the value of people and creating value for local communities. Goals measured with precise indicators and reported every year in our Sustainability Report and Impact Report.

A commitment that translates into concrete choices: 100% renewable electricity since June 2025, FSC-certified wooden components, ISO 14001 certification and recycled plastic certified ReMade in Italy in our collections.
