Caring for people means turning values into everyday actions.

Over the course of the year we launched simple yet meaningful initiatives, designed to promote healthier lifestyles among our staff and generate a positive impact on the local area.

On two dedicated days we offered fresh seasonal fruit as an alternative snack, purchased from Bottega Terra Fertile, a local organisation involved in social projects supporting disadvantaged people. Six company bicycles are also available for getting to the shared works canteen: fewer cars, more movement.

Our Christmas gifts also became a gesture of solidarity: wine and flour from inclusive supply chains, and items made by the Terra Fertile creative workshop. Small choices that, together, express what being a Società Benefit means to us.
