S'MESH. THE CHAIR THAT MAKES US PROUD

A steel wire bends, embarks on a journey, creates a three-dimensional space, a void to fill that grows richer at each stop of the journey, welcomes in an embrace and becomes chair. It does not stop; other objectives are waiting. It is a mesh that expands and reaches places far away from each other.

S’mesh is created with a back made of curves and counter-curves that keep the tension of its fabric, which characterizes it, so that it adapts ergonomically to the back of the user. It can be assembled and disassembled without the use of screws and can be customized in infinite ways. The Non•Competition ‘Dress your Chair’ organized at the Castiglioni Foundation amply demonstrated this. Thanks to its innovative character, S’mesh was awarded by the Adi Design Index in 2016.

Adopted and loved by Archiproducts, they use it during the daily workshops due to its remarkable stacking capability (up to 40 pieces) and for its lightness and versatility, capable of decorating every environment.

Designed by our artistic directors Basaglia and Rota Nodari, it is a chair with an irresistible minimalistic design, pictured here with Viganò’s (http://viganooffice.it/) customization of the mesh.
